Please hand wash in cold water and do not wash with other items. Do not bleach, or wash with detergent or dry clean and please dry flat in order to keep your Monday Swimwear in pristine condition!
We have chosen our Monday Swimwear fabric on it's perfect combination of softness and resiliency. Highly chlorinated waters (especially in hot tubs), tanning oils, rough surfaces etc. can cause premature wear. We are unable to assume responsibility for any damages the suit may incur if cared for otherwise.
Our online store is the only place in the world to buy original Monday Swimwear. We do occasionally host Pop-Up shops worldwide, in order to know when and where you can stay up to date through our email subscription and social media pages!

We are unable to ship to Russia, Brazil or Guatemala. If you do place an order shipping to Russia, Brazil or Guatemala the package will likely be denied and returned back to our warehouse OR immediately cancelled.
We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes (this includes shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)
Not to worry! Information is generally available throughout the day with delivery scans usually updated towards the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery, once the mailperson returns from their route.
Delivery status information includes information about the date and time of delivery, or attempted delivery, a projection, if available, of when you can expect your package to arrive, and the location of the parcel (mailbox, reception desk, neighbor, etc.)

Oh no! Since the package was indicated that it was delivered, there are a few steps we suggest taking!
Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery.
Contact your local post carrier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages.
Make sure your mail area is secure, and leave a note to request that packages not be left unattended.

The shipper (Monday Swimwear) must file all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Monday Swimwear cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control (weather, loss, damage, etc.).
We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure. An official non-emergency police report must accompany all claims for packages not received after being marked "Delivered".

RETURNS POLICY - We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original condition with original tags attached for a return or an exchange (only for domestic purchasers) within 14 days after date of delivery.All item(s) will undergo a detailed inspection once received. If the item(s) tags or hygienic liners are removed, your return will be automatically denied.
If the returned item(s) do not meet our outlined standards for return, then the item(s) will be returned to the customer’s original shipping address and will not be granted a refund/exchange.
We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item to our warehouse. Please note, there is an $8.95 returns handling fee with each returned order. This fee helps to cover the cost of the provided return label and the processing of returned items.
Please note, if any returned item(s) is damaged or soiled upon our inspection, the item(s) will automatically be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense and a refund/exchange/store credit will not be issued.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - It is imperative you retain your proof of postage as we cannot be liable for goods not returned to us.

International Orders (Orders outside of the U.S)
We do not supply return labels for international returns. The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Monday Swimwear for a refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. However, you can return your items in packaging other than the box in which it was delivered or you can return your item(s) using the exterior box received in your order to reduce the weight of the shipment to save on postage costs. Please note that there is $6.95 returns fee assessed on all returns.
It is imperative you retain your proof of postage as we cannot be liable for goods not returned to us.

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties.
