Job Title: Director of Operations, Monday Swimwear 
Location: Full-Time, In-Office, Beverly Hills, CA

Job Description:
The Monday Operations Manager will oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure business efficiency. This includes managing third-party warehouse operations, leading retail store rollouts, and supervising a growing operations team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on operational success are essential. This is a full-time, in-office role at Monday Swimwear HQ in Beverly Hills.

Key Responsibilities:
Third-Party Warehouse Operations:

  • Monitor and manage warehouse KPIs, including:

    • Cost & Invoices: Oversee warehouse costs, reduce expenses, and report monthly results.
    • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure alignment between physical stock and system inventory.
    • Order Cycle Time, Picking Accuracy & On-Time Shipment Rate: Oversee and challenge these KPIs to improve warehouse performance.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

  • Analyze operational data, particularly warehouse and retail KPIs, and report findings to leadership and finance.

Legal & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

  • Manage contracts, agreements, and address legal concerns related to warehouse, retail, and operations.

Technology, Strategic Planning & Return Rates:

  • Implement systems to streamline operations and support growth.

  • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Reduce return rates by identifying causes and improving product quality control, customer service management etc

Retail Store Rollout Leadership:

  • Lead the rollout of the first retail store within three months and manage future openings.

  • Oversee store setup, staffing, inventory, and operational processes for successful openings.
    Coordinate with design, marketing, and finance teams to align store strategies with brand goals.

  • Ensure consistency and efficiency across new store openings.

Team Growth and Development:

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of operations professionals, both in-store and at the office.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Represent a key leader at Monday HQ in Beverly Hills

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in operational roles, particularly in retail store management and large-scale operations.
    Proven success in managing third-party warehouse operations and retail store rollouts.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
