Job Title: Graphic Design Assistant
 Location: Beverly Hills
 Job Type: Part-Time 
 Reports To: Digital Art Director

Job Description:

Monday Swimwear is looking for a Graphic Design Assistant to support our Digital Art Director across marketing and creative projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design eye who is excited to work within a fashion and lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Digital Art Director to support creative across marketing channels
  • Design and adapt social media assets for campaigns, launches, and daily content
  • Assist with design research, moodboards, and visual references to support creative direction
  • Support development of print materials for retail, events, and brand initiatives
  • Prepare production-ready files and assist with artwork organization and asset management
  • Help format presentation decks and internal creative materials

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Los Angeles
  • Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, and layout
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Interest in fashion, swim, and lifestyle brands

Nice to Have:

  • Print production experience

We are a small, collaborative team, and tasks may evolve depending on the candidate’s experience. 

 

Job Title: Store Associate
 Location: NY Soho Store
 Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available
 Reports To: Store Manager

Job Description:

As a Store Associate at Monday Swimwear, you will be the face of our brand — welcoming customers, offering personalized styling advice, and providing top-tier service. You’ll play a key role in creating meaningful connections with every guest, helping them feel seen, supported, and confident in their purchases. From first-time visitors to returning loyal customers, your goal is to cultivate a warm, personalized, and memorable shopping experience that reflects our commitment to inclusivity and elevated service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and seamless in-store experience
  • Offer product knowledge and style advice aligned with Monday Swimwear’s brand ethos
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Shopify POS
  • Support back-of-house operations including inventory management, restocking, and shipping
  • Proactively address customer needs and resolve issues with a service-first attitude
  • Contribute to a team environment that fosters collaboration, inclusion, and high performance
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout the store

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in fashion or swimwear
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and approachable demeanor
  • Passion for fashion, body inclusivity, and helping customers feel their best
    Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
