How do I join Monday Rewards?+
It’s easy - simply sign up here. After that, every order you place will go towards your Reward status. Your tier will upgrade automatically once you reach those lifetime spends.

What do I get for joining?+
All members will receive an annual gift from us on their birthday. As you shop more, you’ll earn more rewards.

How long does my tier status last?+
Tier status lasts one year from the date you attain it. You can maintain the tier each year or upgrade into the next tier by hitting those spend thresholds.

What’s the birthday gift?+
Like all the best gifts, this one is a surprise. But here’s a little hint: it could be a discount, a freebie, or something just for you.

Can I use all my referral credits at once?+
Yes! You can use your credits however you like. Spend them all at once or spread them out over a few purchases. You’ll have the option when checking out.

How do I get my benefits?+
All you have to do is shop! Any rewards or benefits will be automatically applied to your account.

Does my rewards discount make my order final sale?+
No, the rewards discount that is automatically applied to each order does not make your purchase final sale.

When will I receive my birthday reward?+
After completing "add your birthday" you will receive your points on the date you entered as your birthday. Birthday entries have a 24 hour processing period. If you entered a birthdate that has already passed or has the same date as the day you entered it, you will receive the discount the following year.

How can I check my points balance?+
You can check your points balance on the Rewards page when you’re logged in.

How do I earn points+
Every time you make a purchase on our site, you will earn at least 1 point per $1 spent.

When will I see points on my account?+
Your points will appear on your account immediately.

Do points expire?+
Points do not currently expire. Should that ever change, we will notify you beforehand.

What happens if I return a product — will I still keep my points?+
Any points earned for products refunded will be removed from your account.

Does my tier status expire?+
Yes, customers retain their tier status for at least 12 months and have that period to maintain or move up to the next tier.

How do I redeem a free product with my points?+
From the Rewards page, choose the product you’d like to redeem and select “add to cart”. If you don’t see the product in your cart, you may need to refresh the page.

Can I redeem my discounts and points in-store at the POS?+
Yes, let a store associate know you have Rewards benefits you’d like to use or redeem and they’ll help you out.
